Esha Deol's grand wedding

The couple wedded in south Indian style at a Mumbai temple. The ceremony was a private affair with only family members and close associates from the industry present.

The bride dazzled in a dark red saree and heavy gold jewellery while the groom wore a traditional off-white kurta. The bride’s mother and younger sister, Ahana too looked glamourous in traditional outfits.

Among the celebrities at the wedding were Amitabh Bachchan and son Abhishek Bachchan. Other A-listers including Roja actress Madhoo, Vinod Khanna, Esha’s cousin and actor Abhay Deol, Rani Mukherji, Nita Ambani and Kokilaben Ambani were present too.

The wedding was followed by reception on June 30, at Hotel Lalit in Andheri, Mumbai. For the reception, the bride looked beautiful in a grand pink lehenga with diamond jewellery and the groom looked dapper in his black-tie outfit.

Hema Malini wore an elegant cream saree and Dharmendra wore a black suit. Celebrities gracing the occasion included Dilip Kumar and wife Saira Banu, Salman Khan, Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit Nene and husband Dr. Sriram Nene, Zeenat Aman, Rekha, Sridevi and husband Boney Kapoor among others.

BJP members L.K. Advani and Sushma Swaraj also attended the reception.
